SwipeWise does not require an account. If you never signed in there is nothing here to delete — everything the app knows is on your phone, and uninstalling removes it.
Email jacobceles@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, asking for your account to be deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days. We ask you to write from that address because it is the only way to tell the account is yours — we hold nothing else that identifies you.
This is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery window and no archived copy, so a deleted wallet cannot be restored onto a new phone afterwards.
Only crash reports. They are tied to an anonymous installation id that we cannot trace back to a person, so we could not find yours in order to delete them. They expire on Google's own schedule, typically within 90 days. Your transactions were never uploaded, so there is no copy of them to delete.
Turn Back Up My Wallet off in Profile. Nothing further is uploaded, and the copy already stored is kept so you can still restore it on a new phone. Deleting your account is what erases that copy.
Signing out is not deletion: your data stays on your phone and your backup stays with us, so that changing phones does not cost you your wallet.
